The Problem

Rapid Fire is a one stop safety shop providing businesses and individuals over 80,000 different safety products, PPE equipment and workwear. During the middle of the pandemic, very few logistics and courier companies were taking on new clients when Rapid Fire faced their biggest challenge yet; being the chosen PPE supplier for Alzheimer’s Society, with individual PPE kits needed for all 600 frontline staff as soon as possible.

The Solution

Marcus, and the team worked with Rapid Fire and gave them the olive branch they needed as a start-up. Providing boxing, pick and pack, and distribution across the UK and Northern Ireland. Two years later, Allegro’s continued support helped Rapid Fire to continue the relationship with the Alzheimer’s Society, who are now one of their biggest clients.

The Outcome

The support during the pandemic helped Rapid Fire to grow into the company they are today. Allegro’s wide range of storage and delivery services now enables them to provide a wider selection for their customers multiple delivery pricing options, which was previously a barrier to conversion rates.

The stock management service Mintsoft, provides accurate real-time data enabling Rapid Fire to confidently apply for tenders, reduce wastage for obsolete products and ultimately continue to support their clients  in ensuring the safety of the people in their businesses.
