Consultation
To begin with, we need to understand your business. Of course, we’ll cover the technical details – what you stock, your daily order numbers, your shipping expectations and more. We also want to learn about your goals and what you’re building towards, so we can support your next steps and grow with you.
Integration
We use a tried-and-tested onboarding plan to sync our platform with your business quickly. However you process orders and information, we can integrate it with Mintsoft, ensuring you’ll have clear visibility through our warehouse management system.
Stock management
All items are scanned on arrival and logged in our warehouse management system, so you can keep an eye on everything. Whenever a product is picked, moved, or adjusted, it’s tracked – giving you day-to-day confidence in what’s happening with your stock.
Regular reporting
While we fulfil orders, manage stock, and support returns, you can stay as hands-on as you like. Using our integrated system, you can log in to view order progress, access regular stock and sales reports, and track deliveries – without chasing updates.
Receive stock
We receive your stock at our secure warehouse just outside Bristol. If you need it, we can also arrange dedicated collection, giving you peace of mind from day one. With our own fleet of vehicles, we can support domestic movements across the UK.
